We're Going Virtual!

February 19-20, 2021

Per the National Science Bowl guidelines and to ensure the safety of all participants, our 2021 Missouri Regional Middle School Science Bowl competition will be held virtually!  We have scheduled our main competition this year for February 19-20. The times are not yet finalized, but we are expecting to begin at about 4pm Friday and 8am Saturday.

Check out what the virtual competition looks like!

Science Bowl is a highly competitive science education and academic event in which teams of students compete in a fast-paced verbal forum to solve technical problems and answer questions in all branches of science and math.

Each team is composed of four students, one alternate student, and a coach.

Teams can be from middle schools throughout Missouri.

We have AMAZING volunteers!  Many of our volunteers have science and technical backgrounds and work in science related professions.  Volunteers return every year because it's fun for them too!

Our sponsors allow our program to exist and grow!  It is through their support we have been able to offer additional help to schools including a scrimmage, transportation grants, and a buzzer loan program.
