Washington University
Volunteers should check their instructions from the volunteer coordinator for their check-in time.  This page has details for teams and spectators.

Simon and Seigle Hall are located on Washington University's Danforth Campus next to the Danforth University Center (DUC).  This map and sample agenda from 2019 will help you know where to go and what time to be there.  The agenda is based on the number of teams that participate in the competition.  Our goal is to allow as many teams participate as allowed so we often do not know exact timings until a week or two before the event.

Information for Parents:
  • No Parent Lunches.   Parents need to bring or buy their own lunch.

  • Contact your team's coach with questions.  We are not staffed to answer calls.  Your coach has been instructed to share information with you.

  • Ways we will be sharing information (e. g. weather delays, etc.) include:

  • Stay all Day:  Coaches and students will be required to stay all day (unless you have a 2 hour or more drive). Parents are welcome to leave early if their student finishes competing earlier, but we need all teams to support each other through the Final Round.

  • New for 2020:  Participate in the Cyber Challenge!
